IBSCI, the Irish business sales and corporate
investment company, provides a comprehensive range of

The IBSCI team has extensive experience in
providing a variety of business advisory services to clients
in both the commercial and private sectors. We have
particular expertise in advising and assisting clients to
target and buy or sell their businesses at all levels from
the larger scale corporate mergers and acquisitions and
internal management buy outs to the one to one small
business sale transfers. In certain cases, when the sale of
the business is not the most appropriate course of action,
we can advise and assist the business owner to source a new
partner/investor into the business thereby providing him/her
with an alternative means to develop that business further.
IBSCI can also assist start-up and developing
businesses to source strategic partners and project finance
for their ventures.
IBSCI understands and appreciates the issues that
face the typical business owner so we have designed our
suite of services to facilitate their respective
requirements. Our sales strategy will be adapted to suit our
client's specific needs. For example, when a client wishes
to promote/sell his/her business on a strictly private
basis, we will assist him/her to identify suitable
buyers/investors. Thereafter we will discretely contact
these potential buyers/investors on behalf of our client,
thereby retaining his/her anonymity, in order to shortlist
the most suitable buyers/investors.
IBSCI also maintains a confidential listing of
potential buyers/investors who are seeking to acquire/invest
in specific types of businesses. We frequently match these
potential buyers/investors to one of our existing "vendor"
clients. Since many of the businesses that we are engaged to
sell or source partners/investors will rarely be advertised
in the public domain it is important for us to be aware of
the potential buyers/investors' acquisition/investment
objectives so that we can present suitable opportunities to
them as they arise.
